Volunteer to participate

Captain Stirling Medical Centre are looking for volunteers to participate in a clinical trial investigating a potential new treatment for insomnia. The trial will find out what effects, good or bad, this potential treatment has on insomnia.

Please answer the questions below to assess your eligibility for the trial.
Are you 18 years of age or older?
Do you suffer from other sleep-wake disorders such as narcolepsy, parasomnia or restless leg syndrome?
Do you regularly spend 6-10 hours in bed, either sleeping or trying to sleep?
Do you have a history of sleep-related violent behavior, or sleep driving, or other sleep-related behaviors, e.g., making phone calls, or preparing and eating food while asleep?
Do you have a history of any neurologic conditions e.g. seizures or convulsive disorders (including epilepsy) or severe head injury?
Are you available to attend 4 clinic appointments at Captain Stirling Medical Center, Nedlands Western Australia and 4 safety phone calls over a 4 month period?

Participation in this study is completely voluntary, and participants can decide to withdraw at any time.
